Checking Order Status

Our system will automatically inform you of your order status via email. You can also check the status of your order with our team if you email (onlineorders@bicyclepartswarehouse.com.au) and include your full name and phone number so we can track your order.

 

Damaged Goods

Bicycle Parts Warehouse prides itself on taking exceptional care when packaging and sending your chosen goods. If an item should arrive damaged, please contact us promptly to discuss an appropriate resolution. We take the utmost care to check over any stock before it leaves us, however should an item arrive that is faulty we will happily replace that item or refund its value upon receipt and authentication of fault.

 

Pricing

Prices are listed in Australian dollars and include GST (10% Goods & Services Tax. We reserve the right to change prices at our discretion.

 

Missing / Late Deliveries

For security and reliability every parcel carries a bar code which is scanned throughout the delivery process. You are able to track parcels via their tracking number. If your order does not arrive within the time frame specified above, please contact us for your tracking number and we can instigate a search for your order.

 

Returns & Refunds

At Bicycle Parts Warehouse we want your online shopping experience to be smooth and easy! If, for any reason, you are not happy with your order, it is the wrong model for your ride or doesn’t do what or look how we say, we will provide an exchange or refund (provided items are unused and returned in the condition they were received). Simply send returns in original packaging and condition, plus the invoice, to us within 30 days of receipt of the product. Please note that there are no returns on custom cut & threaded spokes unless there is a defect in cutting.

Please call or email to notify us before returning any items.

All goods must be sent via Australia Post with tracking, unless otherwise agreed upon.

We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee at our discretion on change of mind returns. Please contact us for more information.

Refunds will be given only for the value of the item, not including the initial cost of shipping. Bicycle Parts Warehouse is not responsible for products lost during return shipping. Exchanges should include a self-addressed prepaid satchel for the postage of replacement stock.

Availability of Goods

Although we keep many items in stock at any one time we cannot guarantee the same of our suppliers. We may sometimes experience delays that are out of our control due to nil stock, back orders, shipping delays etc. If an item is to be delayed for any period of time what so ever you will be notified immediately, either by email or phone call and advised of the estimated time of delivery.

 

Warranty Exchanges

All warranty claims are processed through each individual products manufacturer and is subject to their policies and approval.
